UPDATE
In the first pix (above) in the gallery the car went 9.72 at 141 with a 1.50 60' at 3690 lbs w/driver.
I did not believe the car would do any better with our current power, wow was I wrong!!
We got the car down to 3575 w/driver and after looking at our video and confirming we had tire issues,
we headed to our last heads-up race of the year with new tires. Off the trailer the car went 1.40 60'
and 9.53 at 142.The car put the tires 2' in the air and carried them. It got better, we were number 3 qual
out of I believe 16 cars with a 9.46 and 1.38 short time. In the semis, the weather changed the lanes
and the car went a all time best of 1.36 short time at 9.36 at almost 145,I new it was a good run before
getting the slip, the shift light was on for some time!! We went on to the finals and won with a 9.50 to a 9.80
and another 1.38 60' ! We have a 500" 454 based BBC, with a plate on 29.5 10.5 std tires, the video of the
car is the last run in the finals and the mildest of the front end going up, thank-you for all your help!!!
