I don't race my street rod pickup (yet), but I was having problems with the driveshaft hitting my center cross-member under WOT  one/two shifts.  Since the CalTracs limit pinion rise and rear suspension squat they took care of the problem and I'm also all set to go racing with them in the future.  They are a great product and I would highly recommend them even on a street car.  I've put over 15,000 miles on them and they have also helped handling in the corners by limiting lifting and roll of the rear on one side during hard cornering.
