Here you go................FYI- the wheels are still on the way up. That
particular day the traction was pretty good at Barona and they were over the
K-rails. Although I will say I saw John Calvert run his Mustang recently at
Fontana and that was pretty cool! Pete
I'm sending a photo of our Square D sponsored Wrieden and Wrieden
Racing 57 Chevy bracket car. We race mostly in the San Diego area at
Barona Drag Strip and Carlsbad Raceway. We usually attend the Goodguys
March Meet at Bakersfield and race in the Summit Series being held at
Barona. We've won a number of events with our car (NHRA National
Dragster Challenge 2003 Barona being the highlight) and wanted to say
how great your Calvert Racing traction bars work. Here are some of our
best times/MPH for our car. 60 ft 1.485 1/8 ET/MPH 6.94 @ 97 MPH and
1/4 ET/MPH 10.999 @ 122 MPH.
